Build a Wellness Business That Feels as Good to Run as It Does to Experience

I help founder-led wellness businesses turn ambitious ideas into clear offers, connected experiences, practical operating systems, and focused paths to growth.

Who I help

Founder-led wellness businesses in a build stage

The work fits best when there is real substance in the room and the structure has not caught up to it yet.

Practitioners scaling past themselves

Coaches, facilitators, and practitioners whose calendar is the business, and who need offers and systems that do not depend on being in every room.

Studios and experience-led brands

Teams with real talent and a loose structure, ready to formalize offers, pricing logic, and a guest journey that feels intentional end to end.

Corporate wellness providers

Founder-led businesses selling into companies that need a clearer promise, a repeatable delivery model, and follow-through that survives a busy quarter.

Build-stage wellness businesses

New ventures with an ambitious idea and no operating backbone yet, where the next decision matters more than the next ten.

The problems

What usually needs solving

Most build-stage wellness businesses are not short on talent. They are short on connection between the parts.

  • The promise is unclear, so the right audience never fully recognizes itself.
  • Offers exist but do not connect into a path anyone can follow.
  • The customer experience has quiet gaps between interest, booking, and follow-up.
  • Operations are manual, fragile, and living in the founder's head.
  • Partnerships and programming grow faster than the experience holding them together.
  • Growth happens in bursts, without a model that can be repeated on purpose.

What I help build

Strategy, experience, and operations in one build

Positioning and offer architecture

Wellness business strategy work: who this is for, what it promises, how the offers relate, and where the business says no.

Wellness experience design

The full journey — discovery, inquiry, booking, preparation, the session or event itself, integration, and what happens next.

The operating backbone

CRM, registration, waivers, payments, communications, follow-up, reporting, and the operating procedures that make delivery repeatable.

Partnership and programming model

How facilitators, venues, companies, and community partners plug in without fragmenting the guest experience.

Measurement and growth priorities

The handful of numbers worth watching, and a focused sequence of moves instead of a list of everything possible.

Engagement pathways

Three ways to work together

Each pathway can stand alone or lead into the next. Scope and pricing are set after a conversation about where the business actually is.

01

Wellness Business Discovery

A focused engagement to get clear. We map the current state of the business — audience, offers, experience, operations, and partnerships — and name the gaps honestly.

  • A clear picture of the current model
  • Prioritized gaps and risks
  • A short, sequenced set of next moves
02

Experience and Operating Model

Wellness operations consulting and experience design together: we design the customer journey and build the operating backbone underneath it so delivery stops depending on memory.

  • Documented customer journey
  • Offer and pricing structure
  • Systems, tooling, and operating procedures
03

Pilot and Growth Partnership

An ongoing partnership through real delivery. We pilot experiences, learn from what actually happens, refine the model, and build partnership and growth motion from evidence.

  • Piloted experiences with real feedback
  • Refined offers and operating rhythm
  • A focused growth and partnership plan

Why me

An experience, operations, and growth partner

I am not a generic business coach. My background is in producing complex experiences and running the operations behind them — then doing the same work as a founder in wellness. That combination is what I bring: the guest-facing experience and the unglamorous machinery underneath it, designed together.

  • More than a decade translating complex operations into polished, high-touch experiences
  • Managed more than 40 annual events at AvidXchange
  • Delivered more than 30 global events at Safeguard Medical
  • Currently leads field and partner marketing strategy at Edenred Pay
  • Experience across partnerships, budgets, vendors, KPIs, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution
  • Founder-level experience building a wellness business end to end — brand, offers, programming, technology, and operating systems

The honest version

Calmbination is my primary working case study

Calmbination is my own founder-led wellness business, and it is still being built. It is where this approach has actually been tested — the positioning, the offers, the guest journey, the partnership model, and the operating systems behind them. I am not going to present it as a finished enterprise or borrow someone else’s results to make a point. What I can offer is the experience of building it in real conditions, plus a decade of running complex operations before it.
